Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
As a Care Home Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive reception and telephone support service to the Care Home team, visitors and telephone callers.
Your Skills:
* Polite, courteous and professional approach to dealing with telephone enquiries.
* Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Flexible and able to deal with a busy and varied role.
* Trustworthy and able to deal confidentially with information.
