Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring compliance with procurement and quality procedures.
* Maintain organised records and documentation for audit purposes.
* Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
* Coordinate with the global group.
* Assist Account Managers with regulatory and compliance documentation.
Experience
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative, sales support, or procurement role
Technical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Familiarity with Sage is a plus.
