Hours: Full time, 1 day on 2 days off (with sleep nights). We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rota given in advance.
Pay rate: £12.95 to £14.00 per hour, days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night (approximately £32,644 to £34,824 per annum). Opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

We seek nurturing and supportive individuals capable of providing outstanding childcare and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Our Stoke-on-Trent home is a small group setting for three young people requiring therapeutic placements. Our team supports their domestic needs, education, social skills, and facilitates fun activities and outings.

Essential requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above
* Successful employment contingent on satisfactory background checks and references (company covers costs)
