What you’ll do
* Manage a caseload of residential property files: freehold, leasehold, new build and standard sale/purchase transactions
* Work with a junior conveyancer to ensure continuity and excellent client service
* Focus on legal work while onboarding, AML, SDLT and completions are managed by support teams
* Take part in ongoing CPD, training and mentoring opportunities
* Use modern conveyancing case management systems and digital tools

Who you are
* A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
* At least 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling freehold, leasehold and new build conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Able to supervise or collaborate with junior conveyancers
