Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients/residents
Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
Support nursing staff with clinical observations (if trained)
Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and respect at all times
Record and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff
Follow care plans and contribute to a safe and supportive environment
