Job Description
3. Process and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Respond to billing queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
5. Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing compliance.
7. Support month-end reporting by reconciling accounts and preparing documentation.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures.
9. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
10. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Administrator should have:
11. Experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
12. Billing / Sales Ledger experience.
13. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
15. Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external queries.
16. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
17. Knowledge of billing processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector is desirable.
