About Us

At Bigmoto, we are dedicated to offering the best selection of motorcycles and accessories. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives everything we do, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us maintain our high standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Handle Incoming Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate information.
* Order Updates: Keep customers informed about their orders, including delivery times and stock availability.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team by discussing additional products with customers and providing necessary information to enhance their purchasing decisions.
* Booking Collections/Deliveries: Help schedule and coordinate customer collections or deliveries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, providing first‑line resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.


What We’re Looking For

* Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
* Problem‑Solving Ability: Strong skills in handling complaints and finding quick resolutions.
* Customer‑Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping customers and enhancing their experience.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
* Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge: A knowledge of motorcycles/motorcycle industry would be advantageous.
