Job Description
Portico are looking for a Regional Workplace Team Leader (Facilities Team Leader) to oversee 4 East Anglia offices of one of the worlds most revered banks, on a 9 month maternity cover contract.
As well as the 4 locations in East Anglia, the role also requires virtual management of our regional team based across the UK,
We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate our people to deliver the fantastic FOH and Back of House services to the highest standard.
Please note, that this position will require regular travel to multiple locations in East Anglia.
Shifts: 40 hours per week between 8am-5pm, from Monday to Friday.
Salary: £38,000 + Travel expenses to other regional locations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to set the example, manage and develop a large, diverse team and promote change from within.
The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Preferably the successful candidate will have experience in managing a team.
Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role essential.
