The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a range of exciting, design-led residential and public projects and will be involved across all project stages, from concept to site. The successful candidate will be supported with training in sustainable practices in a position that offers a clear pathway for professional progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proficiency in preparing detailed construction and tender drawings
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR
* Interest in building sustainability and circularity
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, buildable solutions
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* The right to work in Ireland at the time of application
Optional but beneficial qualities include:
* PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) experience
* Experience with conservation and working on protected structures
* Experience in developing and submitting planning applications
* Experience in LCA
You will contribute to:
* Developing detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Supporting design development and construction documentation
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and fabricators
* Engaging with regulatory compliance and planning requirements
* Managing later-stage projects
* Helping realise inspiring and sustainable designs on the ground
