An experienced and proactive Senior Contracts Manager is sought to lead the delivery of development and refurbishment projects across a high-value commercial and residential portfolio.
This is more than a traditional delivery role. You will take full ownership of projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards of design, quality, and safety.

The Projects Team plays a central role in delivering development and refurbishment projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
* Proven experience leading commercial real estate development and refurbishment projects, ideally with build values between £50,000 and £1.5 million
* Strong commercial acumen, including hands‑on experience with construction cost management and feasibility analysis
* In‑depth knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts, with practical experience in contract administration and management
* Expert understanding of Health & Safety legislation, building regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams, contractors, and external consultants to drive collaboration and accountability
* High level of financial awareness, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control
