Role – Chief Financial Officer – Location: Lancashire – Salary: £180,000 – £210,000 (initial 9-month contract) Responsibilities
Assist the leadership team through a successful transaction Lead on commercial and financial due diligence Engage and build relationships with investors/buyers Manage the data room and key reporting Banking and working capital management Build key relationships with stakeholders and advisors Assist with key financial issues Management of finance team of circa 14 Qualifications
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Experience guiding a business through a successful transaction Strong commercial accounting skills Exposure to working within a multi‑entity organisation Background in energy or a regulated environment (distinct advantage) Strong staff management skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Salary: £180,000 – £210,000 and equivalent day rates considered.
