Job Title: Temporary Machine Operators
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts - 3 days on, 3 days off, then 3 nights on, 3 nights off
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking Temporary Machine Operators to join our team in Banbury. This is a hands-on, physical role in a noisy and warm manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for operating machinery and handling materials to ensure smooth production.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring machinery
Loading and measuring materials
Trimming edges and labelling finished products
Using tools to unscrew templates and placing them onto pallets
Quality check and reporting any issues.
Following health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
Comfortable working in a noisy environment (PPE, including ear defenders, will be provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
