Responsibilities: Resolving customer complaints related to vehicle quality issues, finance products, or service concerns. Investigating complaints using your industry knowledge to find resolutions that satisfy both the client and the customer.

* Day Rate: £250 (available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company; assistance provided)
* Location: Work from home
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Contract Duration: Initial six months

Requirements:

* Ability to navigate in-house databases
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word
