Pay: £95–£115 per day (depending on experience)

We’re working with a range of friendly, forward-thinking primary schools across Essex, all looking for brilliant HLTAs to join their teams this September. These full-time roles are perfect if you love variety, thrive in a team, and are confident leading groups or stepping in for class cover.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Are a qualified HLTA (or have equivalent experience)
* Can tell your phonics from your fronted adverbials
* Enjoy supporting teachers across the school—from small group work to whole-class cover
* Bring energy, patience, and a big heart to every school day
* Want to be part of a welcoming, inclusive school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
