About ZYMIX

ZYMIX is a next-generation super app designed for Gen Z, integrating social networking, instant messaging, smart payments, a mini-app ecosystem, and an AI-powered assistant into a single platform. Headquartered in London, ZYMIX is building the digital infrastructure for young people's daily lives — from campus to city to commerce. We are currently in our Pre-Launch phase, preparing for a major market rollout across UK university campuses in 2026.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our Growth Department and take ownership of ZYMIX's content creation pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across all channels, from social media content and campaign visuals to brand collateral and video production. You will work closely with the CGMO and the growth team to translate ZYMIX's brand vision into compelling visual and written content that resonates with our Gen Z audience.


This role is distinct from a Creative Director position: rather than setting high-level creative strategy, the Creative Manager is expected to be deeply involved in day-to-day content production, managing the creative workflow from concept to delivery, and ensuring consistent output quality and brand alignment across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production

* Produce high-quality assets for Instagram, TikTok, Redbook (小红书), and LinkedIn.
* Create short-form vertical videos (15–60s) optimized for mobile.
* Design digital assets (landing pages, ads, emails) and physical materials (campus posters, merch, event banners).

2. Brand Guardianship

* Enforce the ZYMIX Visual Identity (VI) across all touchpoints.
* Manage the creative asset library and develop reusable design templates.

3.AI-Augmented Workflow (10%)

* Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, CapCut) to accelerate production and A/B testing.

4. Collaboration

* Work with Product teams for in-app visuals and Campus Ambassadors for user-generated content (UGC).


Requirements

Essential (Must-have)

* Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design or creative production (Startup/Tech experience preferred).
* Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, AE, PR) and Figma.
* Culture: Deep understanding of Gen Z aesthetics and internet trends.
* Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.

Preferred (Nice-to-have)

* Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
* Experience in Fintech, Social Media, or Super-app sectors.
* Knowledge of the UK university market.
