The Role We are seeking a proactive and reliable General Maintenance / Handyperson to support the ongoing upkeep of our manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on role suited to a practical, multi-skilled individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe, functional and well-presented site.
Key Responsibilities: Performing routine "planned preventative maintenance" (PPM) on non-specialist equipment Conducting general building repairs, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting Managing external contractors for specialised site works (e.g., HVAC or electrical) Ensuring health and safety compliance by conducting regular fire alarm tests and emergency lighting checks Maintaining the exterior grounds to ensure a safe and professional environment The Ideal Candidate You will be practical, dependable and confident working across a variety of maintenance tasks in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
A problem-solver by nature, you'll be comfortable managing your own workload while maintaining high safety standards.
