Northamptonshire / UK-wide (field-based)

Kempston Controls supplies electrical products, services and integrated solutions to industry – from LED lighting and automation to process and HVAC optimisation. We’re values-led, long-established and growing.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Sales & Marketing Director to own the sales strategy and lead a high-performing team.
Role
* Set and deliver the sales & marketing strategy with profit and margin at the heart
* Lead and develop a team of 6 direct reports (external, internal, channel & marketing)
* Identify and grow new markets and opportunities across the UK
* Shape pricing, commercial terms and key customer relationships
* Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and Operations to grow revenue and market share
