You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build long-lasting partnerships, and support learners into work-based learning programmes. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and maintaining strong employer relationships across the East Midlands * Promoting apprenticeships and work-based learning solutions to meet employer needs * Delivering sales strategies to achieve apprenticeship starts, revenue targets, and business growth * Preparing tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective employers * Attending networking events, conferences, and employer meetings to grow the organisation’s presence * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of apprenticeship programmes * Providing market insights and supporting bid or tender development * Monitoring employer engagement performance and identifying new growth opportunities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded professional with experience in apprenticeship sales, work-based learning, or employer engagement.
