OVERVIEW Are you a skilled chef seeking to further your professional career with the hospitality industry?
They will have solid experience in a similar role with a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and proven track record in successfully working with a large kitchen brigade. We're looking for people with a true passion for food with the ability to deliver a consistent product within a high-volume environment whilst keeping your cool when the pressure's on.
You will ensure the kitchen is clean at any given time and liaising with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirements. You will handle all complaints swiftly and efficiently and logging in handover book and guarantee that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored in the correct manner.
