Were looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team near Bristol. About the Role Youll provide person-centred support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, helping them: Access the community and enjoy social activities. Go shopping and manage daily living tasks. Cook meals and develop independence skills. This role requires resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting people who may display challenging behaviour. What Were Looking For Minimum 6 months relevant experience in care or support work. Experience working with adults who display challenging behaviour. Ability to provide 2 years of referencing. Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service). Ideally a driver, due to the location and community-based activities.
