Responsibilities
1. Food preparation in line with food safety standards.
2. Completion of food safety paperwork and documentation.
3. Cooking and serving food to customers, whilst giving them an amazing customer experience.
4. Assist the deli supervisor with ordering, stock taking and visual displays.
5. Daily and deep cleaning of the deli areas and equipment.
6. You may be required to cover shop floor tasks or till operation, with appropriate training, as and when required as part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Role Criteria
Essential
17. GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or above (or equivalent) and/or 6 months previous experience gained in a fast food, cafe, deli, food to go or hot counter environment
18. Previous experience of working in a team
19. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Desirable
20. HACCP (Food Safety) experience
21. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
