Their team of experts style an array of different-sized events, from intimate brand breakfasts to global brand launches, pop-up stores and high-end press trips and applies the same attention to detail to every project.

Their growing portfolio of trusted suppliers and brand partnerships means they can push the boundaries and come up with new and innovative ideas, to allow brands to raise awareness, stand out and engage.
The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and new business pipeline for the UK market. You will target strategic and enterprise-level prospects, identifying and quantifying their business needs & opportunities related to our client’s core offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Expand the current client base by identifying and capitalising on opportunities within existing business relationships and through organic growth.
* Generate leads by conducting targeted outreach, maintaining regular communication with prospects, and exploring new avenues such as cold calling, email introductions, and PR.
* Convert conversations to face-to-face meetings with prospective client decision-makers.
* Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using social/diary occasions, key cultural events, and relevant trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.
* Working with senior management to create and deploy a sales strategy.
* Understanding and keeping up to date with developments in the experiential industry and event market, both in the UK and internationally.
* Identifying areas for expansion and development.
* Inputting into sales and marketing collateral – how the business positions itself for various audiences.
* Organisational skills, enabling constant forward motion and communication.
* Strong multitasking capabilities, allowing focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the event world.
* Demonstrable evidence of contacts within brands.
* Track record of building relationships within the event, experiential or brand activation space with the Director level, and key decision makers.
* Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling aptitude, with strong presentation skills.
* Passion for working with people
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company where change is a constant.
* Highly driven individual with an exemplary work ethic.
* Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with the team members.
* Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients.
* Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
* Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines at any one time, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
* Analytical skills, along with problem-solving and decision-making.
* Must show determination regarding setting and achieving goals.
