Salary: £60,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Contract: Full Time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break
Work model: Remote with occasional client meetings

Purpose of role
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients and customers. The postholder oversees the full solution development lifecycle— from initial concept through to final delivery—ensuring all outcomes are aligned with business goals and strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both technology and business processes to deliver impactful, high‑quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Designs creative and technical solutions for the Creative and Presentation Services vertical for new customers and/or introducing this service line to existing customers by leveraging the full range of Williams Lea RRD creative and presentation services capabilities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements and recommend tailored approaches that align with client goals.
* Responsible for taking full ownership in presenting the value proposition for designated service line to customers
* Create/maintain strategies, sales & marketing materials that enables closing the sale efficiently. This includes reviewing value proposition regularly, developing standardized collateral, optimising costs and introducing creative pricing models and identify new and innovative channels to present the solution to customers
* Support the successful delivery of all opportunity assessment and diligence activities; identify resources required to successfully deliver the assessment opportunity
* Lead execution of the assessment findings, where necessary
* Provide SME support to field when required for QBR, "C-Level Meetings".
* Develop meaningful content for QBR's related to introducing the service line to customers
* Develop initial implementation plan for opportunities and coordinate with the implementation
* Create and manage a "Knowledge book" detailing new business engagements
* Encourage innovation, ideas and input regarding service improvements from all employees
* Ensure that communication is effective and sharing of knowledge is routine
* Challenge the status quo where appropriate and seek innovative service solutions
Personal attributes
* Examples of leading assessment and discovery activities with prospects.
* Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Technology, and Sales to refine service lines and solution offerings.
* Strong client-facing communication skills, especially with senior/executive audiences.
* Ability to analyse creative service requirements and recommend pricing/commercial models.
* · Experience with SOWs and negotiating positions internally/externally.
* · High proficiency in MS Office for building presentations/solutions
