What this role is all about:
As a Learning and Development Consultant (Sales) at Vitality, your main focus will be designing and delivering digital learning solutions that support our sales teams. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and create engaging, effective training that blends online tools with in-person sessions
Key Actions
1. We want you to inspire and equip our sales and retention teams to achieve outstanding results. This will include a variety of areas, such as relationship and influencing skills, comprehensive product knowledge, systems, best practice, and compliance
2. You will work with sales and retention managers as their L&D Business Partner to understand what excellence requires in their areas, delivering regular new starter inductions and high-performance initiatives that combine live training with digital solutions
