Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager
Location: Yorkshire/North/West England (other regions include Scotland, North East, Sussex, South Coast, South Wales, South East, and Home Counties)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Commission and Benefits
Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car
Commission: Yes - on Revenue, well rewarded (fire safety sales experience preferred)
Leads: 20% provided; focus on generating new clients (80%)
Industry: Must have Fire compliance sales experience (Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems, Fire service contracts, extinguishers) at an account level
Sales Target: Generate £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in the UK

Sell across verticals like Hospitals, National Accounts, Shopping centres, Leisure, Retail, Data centres, and more, leveraging your contacts to secure contracts for your Fire protection company.

Responsibilities:
* Selling fire safety products and maintenance contracts, including extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages like risk assessments.
* Promoting maintenance and new systems, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while actively seeking new business opportunities. This is a sales role, not account management—enjoy hunting and development as a Business Development Manager.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales, achieve targets, and expand the client base.
