Ward C3 is a busy unit with a professional and friendly team delivering high standards of care. We are currently looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic ward clerk to provide clerical support to the unit and achieve an effective and efficient service for our patients.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively as part of the team dealing with complex and sensitive information in a professional manner. The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to the ward staff. They will be responsible for the safekeeping and availability of all clinical records relating to patients and the smooth running of the ward office. They will also provide general assistance to the ward staff.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing general non-clinical advice, information, and guidance on ancillary services directly to patients, clients, relatives, and carers.
