A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and challenge learners in upper or lower KS2. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities in line with national expectations.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and challenged.
* Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform future planning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
* Support pupils’ personal development and wellbeing.
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in KS2.
* Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and a commitment to high standards.
* Be reflective, adaptable and keen to grow professionally.
* Have excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills as a KS2 Teacher.
* Work effectively as part of a team and be committed to the wider life of the school.
