Salary: Up to £54,267 DOE (inclusive of market supplement) Plus: £4,500 Welcome Bonus

About the Role
As an Experienced Social Worker in the Assessment and Intervention Team, you will:
6. Lead on high‑quality assessments to identify risk, need, and strengths
7. Work directly with children and families to create safe, sustainable change
8. Manage a varied and dynamic caseload with autonomy and support
9. Collaborate with multi‑agency partners to ensure coordinated and effective planning
10. Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements
12. Relevant Social Work qualification
13. Completed ASYE
14. Active Social Work England registration
