Our client, a well-regarded London law firm with a strong reputation for its family work, is seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE to handle a broad and interesting mix of family matters, including divorce and financial disputes, private law children cases, and cohabitee (TOLATA) claims. The role offers genuine variety, with plenty of client contact and the chance to manage cases from start to finish. You'll be advising individuals and families with care and professionalism, often in sensitive situations, and will be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing development of the team and its profile. A background in cross-border children work or advocacy would be an advantage, but not essential. The successful candidate will bring strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You'll have a solid understanding of the Family Procedure Rules, sound judgment, and the confidence to handle complex cases with minimal supervision. Resolution membership or specialist accreditation would be beneficial, and a strong academic background is expected.
