Duties
* Manage the daily operations of the Aftersales Manager department to ensure smooth workflow
* Lead and motivate the aftersales team to meet and exceed targets, maintaining high standards of customer service
* Oversee workshop capacity and team performance, managing up to eight ramps efficiently
* Implement effective service processes to maximise revenue and improve customer satisfaction levels
* Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and parts suppliers to ensure parts availability and quality
* Monitor departmental performance and prepare reports for senior management
Requirements
* Proven track record as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the motor trade
* Strong leadership and team management skills essential
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
* Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
* Full UK driving licence
* Passion for delivering high‑quality aftersales service
