Would you like to work for a growing local business, that has the job security of being part of a multi-site industrial manufacturer. Due to gaining more customers and future growth plans, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic production supervisor.
Responsibilities
* Leading a team of X10 assembly operatives
* Hands‑on with the team, jumping on the machinery to make products when needed
* Lead, develop and motivate everyone
* Workload allocation, attend meetings, monitoring and reporting on KPI's & daily targets
* Ensure full compliance with quality, health & safety procedures
Qualifications
* Must be happy being hands‑on with the team, operating machinery when needed
* Previously have been a production team leader / supervisor
* Must have worked in a manufacturing / production environment
* Able to lead by example, strong character, setting targets / goals
* Strong problem solving skills
* Knowledge of process & quality control in an ISO 9001 environment
* Highly organised and adaptable
