Role Overview As an Associate Director Corporate Finance Advisor, you will take on a pivotal leadership role driving advisory projects from end-to-end. Your mix of commercial acumen, client management, and technical advisory skills will help you build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing multiple large, complex workstreams concurrently across corporate finance engagements. Building and sustaining strong client relationships at board and management level, acting as a trusted adviser. Developing tailored financial solutions and strategic advice to support clients through the transaction cycle. Leading business development initiatives, including pitching, proposal creation, and relationship cultivation. Managing risk and ensuring compliance with firm standards across projects. Skills & Expertise To excel as a Corporate Finance Advisor Associate Director, you should bring: A strong academic and numerate background, ideally with ACA qualification or equivalent. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Track record of managing and delivering transaction or advisory projects at a senior level. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
