Role Purpose and Requirements Sales Performance: Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and Brand KPIs Empower others to be strategic in their respective roles and be accountable for results. Analyse and review goals and develop strategies to improve performanc e. Maximise opportunities for makeup servic es. Customer Ser vice Ensure staff deliver consistent and excellent ser vice. Resolve internal and external customer issues and requests, in an efficient and timely m anner. Utilise CRM to develop customer loyalty programme for product launches events and appointments in conjunction with the brands customer p rogram. Ensure clear and specific communication when collaborating with others inside and outside of the business. Requirements : Can Network in local area and enjoy implementing brand internal and external event s. Promote an environment where people feel encouraged to express their needs and opinio ns. Recognise and celebrate succ ess. Manage time, establish priorities, delegate, and follow up effectively to meet goals and object ives. Conduct regular coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals and follow up on progress where nec essary. Look for opportunities to develop artist capabilities both in artistry and commercia l drivers Perform thorough and timely staff reviews in accordance with brand guidelines wherenecessary. Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativ ity always. Assist the Store Manager with cash loss prevention procedures and established securi ty policies. Prepare, coordinate, and ensure a complete and accurate cycle count and physical inventory as required. Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards a nd guidelines. Preserve merchandising, display and counter hygiene standards and guideline s at all times. Ensure retail partners and BPerfect security policies are understood. Adhere to all company and brand policie s and procedures. Proven experience of managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment with a criteria of 3-5 years experience Possess strong people management, development, and leadership skills. Strong communication skills to cascade i nformation to teams. Passionate about the beauty industry and its trends.
