Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm
Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team across two vibrant sites on a large, modern campus in Ware. This is more than a kitchen job – it’s a chance to shape exceptional employee dining experiences for a diverse, engaged community.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading with flavour – bringing fresh, innovative menus to life with locally sourced ingredients.
* Inspiring and developing a talented kitchen team of up to 8 team members, to deliver consistently high-quality food and service.
* Working closely with our hospitality and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences.
* Managing daily operations with creativity, precision, and a love for what you do.
* A passion for fresh food and bold culinary ideas.
* Leadership that motivates, mentors, and drives excellence.
* Experience delivering high-volume, high-quality food in a multi-site or campus-style environment.
