We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Support Worker to join our integrated substance misuse recovery team.
Joining our Substance Misuse Recovery Team of 10, you will be the first point of contact for patients on the wings - empower those whom wish to make changes in their behaviour to promote health and well-being through recovery from drugs and alcohol. This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care.
Salary
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary of between £24,669 - £28,690 per annum depending on experience.
Hours Shifts are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
