Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a stable role within a modern logistics and warehouse environment? Hays is recruiting for a skilled engineer to carry out a mix of PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems on a busy operational site.What you’ll be doing:
1. Delivering planned preventative maintenance on all HVAC assets
2. Responding to reactive calls and breakdowns
3. Fault-finding, diagnosing issues andpleting repairs
4. Working safely within a high‑volume warehouse environment
What you’ll need:
5. Level 3 qualification or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Building Services
6. Strong experience in both PPM and reactive maintenance
7. Good diagnostic and problem‑solving capability
8. Previous experience working in logistics, warehouse, or similar industrial
