What you can expect
We are looking for Forklift Driver to join our Books Team and support operations at our Corby Distribution Centre. The role reports to the Books Manager and will work as part of our Warehouse team to help fulfil customer orders.

What you bring
Main Duties:
Loading and unloading trailers
Stacking pallets, preparing safe loads.
Receving, picking, packing, replanish product and assistance with any corrective actions for any discrapencies.
Data Input from Invoices.
Perform activities of offloading e.g. empty pallets, consumables etc. and place in the designated area.
Conform to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures for operating practices.
Conform to all company policies regarding Environmental Health and Safety, Quality.
Attend regular communication/awareness sessions, either given by your line manager or via other presentations.
General housekeeping, maintaining clean, safe and tidy work area free of rubbish and obsolete materials
Maintaining drivers paperwork in the correct manner or filing.
Print labels where the order requires them
Perform an accuracy check of all assembled orders prior to loading..
Helping customers by handling queries with professionalism and empathy across multiple channels (phone, email and Teams).
Skill & Experience:
Ability to operative MHE, counterbalance experience.
Good working knowledge of WMS systems.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure as an effective member of the team
Uses initiative and highly motivated
Qualifications :
General level of education GCSE or equivalent.
Counterbalance Licence.
