The Role
You will support the delivery and development of a Manchester City Football School venue, helping to ensure programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working closely with the Head Coach, you will contribute to coaching delivery while supporting the development of the wider coaching team and maintaining alignment with Manchester City’s philosophy and methodology.
Alongside coaching, you will play an active role in the day-to-day management of the venue, supporting operations, administration and communication with players, families and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to planning, reporting and continuous improvement, helping to enhance programme quality and support growth initiatives across the venue.
You will also contribute to the wider City Football Middle East team, supporting delivery across programmes and stepping into leadership responsibilities when required. Through your approach, you will help create a positive, professional and high-performing environment for players and colleagues.
What You’ll Bring
* FA Level 3 or UEFA B coaching qualification (minimum)
* Experience delivering coaching sessions within a football environment
* Ability to support and develop coaches within a team setting
* Clear communication skills when working with players, parents and colleagues
* Ability to organise and support operational and administrative tasks
* Understanding of player development across a range of ages and abilities
