Having established deep partnerships with leading global banks, the company is now expanding its footprint across UK-based subsidiaries of international banks — including those headquartered in Europe, Asia, and emerging markets such as Turkey, India, China, and Sri Lanka .
The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Vice President of New Business Development to lead new client acquisition and relationship growth within the UK subsidiaries of global banking groups .
This is a high-impact, strategic sales role suited to a proven new-business hunter with experience selling into niche banking segments and navigating matrixed, cross-border organisations. You’ll engage with UK-based entities of major banks to drive adoption of the company’s comprehensive fintech suite across corporate lending, retail banking, and digital transformation .
This position is based five days per week in the London office or on client site to maximise market presence and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK subsidiaries of global and regional banks (e.g. Turkish, Indian, Chinese, and European institutions).
Build and expand senior-level relationships within corporate, retail, and wholesale banking divisions.
Drive consultative sales of the company’s end-to-end digital banking solutions, spanning lending, payments, treasury, customer onboarding, and AI-enabled automation.
Coordinate with global HQs and regional relationship managers to align account strategies and ensure seamless engagement across entities.
Represent the firm at banking associations, industry groups, and executive events to enhance visibility in this specialist banking segment.
Maintain deep market intelligence on UK subsidiaries’ digital strategies, investment priorities, and transformation initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
Strong track record selling into UK subsidiaries of international banks (e.g. Indian, Turkish, Chinese, or other European banking groups).
Established network within specialist or community banking associations and relationship-driven markets.
Deep understanding of corporate and retail banking operations, with experience selling lending, payments, or digital transformation solutions.
Experience working with complex, multinational clients and navigating global-to-local organisational structures.
Strategic, self-driven, and commercially astute professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Background in fintech, SaaS, or consulting (Big 4/Big 3) highly advantageous.
Familiarity with AI, data analytics, and cloud transformation trends in financial services preferred.
