that specialises in
structured products and cross-asset solutions
for
Italian institutional clients
. They are looking to hire a
Junior / Associate Structured Product Sales professional -Italian speaker
to join their
London-based Italian Institutional Sales Team
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with
18 months – 2 years of experience
who is eager to take the next step in their career and grow within a high-performing, client-focused sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Italian Institutional Sales Team in day-to-day activities.
* Handle client queries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
* Assist with trade pricing, booking, and post-trade processes.
* Work closely with senior sales to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
* Develop knowledge of structured products and cross-asset solutions.
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
* Fluent Italian speaker
(essential).
* 18 months – 2 years' experience in
front or middle office support
within structured products / cross assets.
* Background from the
sell-side
(investment bank or brokerage) –
buy-side experience is not suitable
.
* Experience working alongside sales teams, covering pricing, trade booking and client interaction.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Keen interest in structured products / cross-asset sales with ambition to develop into a client-facing sales role.
