What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading operational strategy to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence across all venues. Upholding Lisini’s high front-of-house standards, while continuously enhancing the customer experience. Inspiring and developing the operations team, cultivating a high-performance culture. Updating and innovating service offerings to maintain competitive relevance. Setting and monitoring KPIs that align with business objectives. Managing key client relationships and ensuring exceptional accommodation standards. Overseeing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting for events and operations. Contributing to strategic growth initiatives and leading Head of Department (HOD) meetings. Ensuring process compliance and utilising data analysis to drive operational improvements.
