The School of Sport and Travel is in search of a full-time Sport Lecturer who possesses a strong passion for positively impacting the lives and careers of our students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to create a diverse array of learning materials for both practical and theoretical lessons that effectively engage and inspire students in a coaching environment. Confidence in contributing to a team dedicated to continuous improvement is essential. Responsibilities include teaching and supporting various sport units such as: Sports Injuries, Biomechanics in Sport and Sport Psychology. Additionally, it would be desirable for candidates to have a background in football coaching to support with the female football excellence programme. Candidates should possess substantial industry experience in sport and sport science that can be shared effectively within the classroom setting. While teaching experience is advantageous, the college will support the successful candidate in obtaining relevant teacher qualifications. Relevant coaching qualifications in football are also beneficial for this role.
