Job Title: Associate Director - Quantity SurveyorLocation: London (Hybrid Working Available)Sector: Construction Consultancy - InfrastructureThe OpportunityI'm working on behalf of a leading construction consultancy to appoint an experienced Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London infrastructure team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional with strong NEC expertise and a proven track record delivering major infrastructure programmes. You will play a key role in leading high-value, complex projects across sectors including highways, aviation, energy, rail and wider transportation infrastructure, supporting both public and private sector clients.Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial management across major infrastructure programmes
* Provide strategic cost and contract advice to clients
* Administer and manage NEC contracts (essential)
* Oversee cost planning, procurement strategy, risk management and change control
* Lead and mentor junior team members
* Support business development and client relationship management
* Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the infrastructure division
Requirements
* Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying within a consultancy environment
* Strong background delivering major infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, aviation, rail or large-scale infrastructure programmes)
* In-depth knowledge and practical experience administering NEC contracts (essential)
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
* MRICS qualified (or equivalent) preferred
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
