Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: DE23 Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Contract: Permanent / Term-time only Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school, helping every child to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Work under the direction of the class teacher to support the learning and development of pupils. Deliver targeted interventions and small group support where required. Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials. Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt activities to meet individual needs. Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – essential. Enhanced DBS check – required prior to appointment. Experience working in a primary school setting. Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
