VANRATH is pleased to be recruiting a Management Accountant for a leading Public Sector organisation based in Ballymena. The role focuses on a specific project within the company. The ideal candidates will have experience in business partnering, producing full management accounts, and presenting to senior management.
Reporting to the Cost Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will have autonomy to complete the project and provide findings and recommendations to the Senior Management Team.

About you
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong management accounting skills
* Exceptional IT skills including Advanced Excel, Power BI
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Available at short notice
What you'll do
* Investigate variances against budget and analyze differences
* Provide accurate and timely management accounts and information
* Assist in the preparation of forecasts & annual budgets
* Project accounting
* Preparation for and completion of year-end audit files
