Job Summary: As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the establishment’s esteemed reputation, driving business growth, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring seamless service and a superior dining experience. Foster a positive and dynamic work environment, motivating and guiding staff to achieve excellence. Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
