Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (washing, dressing, eating, mobility, etc.)
* Monitor and record patients’ conditions (temperature, pulse, respiration, etc.)
* Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with clinical and non-clinical tasks
* Support emotional well-being and promote independence and dignity
* Communicate effectively with the team
* Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all service users
