Overview of duties:
Providing personalised care and support to individuals living in supported living facilities or in their own homes.
Helping clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and household tasks.
Developing positive relationships with clients to encourage their independence and participation in community activities.
Support clients in mobility and transportation needs, including driving when necessary.
Monitoring and reporting on the well being of clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement support plans.
Aiding clients to create and achieve goals.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organised environment for all clients.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
A compassionate and caring attitude with a strong desire to help others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring transportation of clients

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
