LOCATION:On the road with base at Rearo Aberdeen AB12 4ZE
SALARY:£27,000 - £31,500 depending on experience
BENEFITS:£5,200 Car Allowance per annum, paid monthly in arrears
HOURS:Weekdays, 8am-4.30pm (3.30pm on a Friday!)
HOLIDAYS:30 days per year (includes public holidays)
ESSENTIALS;
* 3 years previous experience in field sales or a similar role,preferably in the construction or home improvement sector;
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
* Right to Work in the UK

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Grampian and Highland regions by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the field. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key to your success as you promote our specialist bathroom and kitchen laminate surface products and services to potential customers.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
* Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our product range.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
