The Role: You will provide exceptionalcustomer service while ensuring thesecurity, safety and well-being of customers, colleagues, and assets. You willadhere to all service and operating standards ensuring compliance with allrelevant legislation. You will demonstrate proficiency in Company policies& procedures associated with the role. You will act as a serviceambassador, demonstrating a high-quality courtesy,helpfulness and professionalism at all times. You will demonstratea proactive attitude in performing specific security duties in accordance with established procedures, toprotect customers, colleagues, facilities, property and assets. You will respond immediately to emergencies to givenecessary assistance as required. You will develop and maintain goodrelationships with all customers tomaximise the opportunity for personalised experience and returned visits. This is a busy and demanding role, not for the faint-hearted! The duties mentioned above are neither exclusivenor exhaustive and the positions may vary per post or can be subject to change. Part time, 9 hours per week, must be available nights Monday-Sunday The Person: The perfect candidate for this role will be confident, outgoing, friendly and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. You should have a natural flair for customer service, and a great can do attitude. You should have excellent communication and listening skills. You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
